In the fall of 2025, the KLA undertook its most extensive survey to date. We heard from over 200 people across 154 properties -- a response rate of 67% that is unmatched in similar surveys. Thank you for your participation!!

More information will be shared with members at the AGM on June 16, and further results will be forthcoming later this year. (We thank you for your patience -- our volunteer research team is tiny, and we don't have access to statistical software!) The KLA is already working to respond to some prescient concerns, and will continue to work toward addressing others within our capacity and purview.
