Koshlong Lake is a spring-fed lake located in the Haliburton Highlands. There are now 220 shoreline properties shared among seasonal and year-round residents; over half of the shoreline remains undeveloped. Koshlong is located within traditional lands of many First Nations and is part of the Williams Treaty territory. Loons, mergansers, herons and other waterfowl make their seasonal homes on Koshlong, moose and deer graze in the area, and anglers will find trout, bass, perch and more. This website is the online home of the Koshlong Lake Association (KLA), a volunteer organization representing 200+ member-households. With the support of our members, affiliate organizations and sponsors, we serve property owners, visitors and the natural environment through social and environmental activities and education. Learn more about our work, and please join us in treasuring this special place! |
