Guest Speaker: Dave Burton, Highlands East Warden who will speak on a variety of topics including the future of broadband (hi-speed) internet services for Highlands East and in particular, Koshlong Lake property owners. Dave will also address any other related issues such as by-law enforcement matters and future plans.
